GIN PIG uses a heavily botanical-based, richly layered gin recipe. Infused with fragrant rose petals, bright pink peppercorns, and ripe strawberries, it has an all-natural pink hue.  It is a vibrant, balanced gin with lively botanicals, delicate floral notes, subtle spice, and just a touch of natural sweetness. It is silky and approachable at 45% ABV

Vodka Hog

 

VODKA HOG is our newest handcrafted spirit, distilled from 100% Black Dirt corn and crafted for exceptional smoothness from start to finish. Clean, crisp, and naturally gluten-free, this vodka delivers a silky mouthfeel with subtle sweetness and a remarkably refined finish that makes it effortlessly drinkable. ABV: 40% (750ml)

GIN PIG Strawberry Lemonade has developed a cult-like following for good reason; it’s dangerously easy to drink, extremely tasty, and incredibly refreshing. Built on the smooth botanical backbone of Gin Pig, infused with fragrant rose petals, pink peppercorns, and fresh strawberries, this ready-to-pour cocktail blends freshly squeezed lemon juice with ripe strawberries for the perfect balance of citrus and sweetness. Our Black Dirt Bourbon 4yr is a SanFrancisco World Spirits Competition Double Gold Winner. An inspiring beverage with lingering notes of caramel, toffee & vanilla merging with oak & baking spice. 45% ABV

Black Dirt Bourbon 5 year

 

Our Black Dirt Bourbon 5yr is a mix of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, 8% rye. Rich and nutty, surprisingly smooth barrel-strength whiskey.  58%ABV. (750ml)

Black Dirt Apple Jack

 

Our award-winning Black Dirt Apple Jack is bottled in bond and aged for a minimum of 4 years. It is 100% apple brandy and is warm and smooth, perfect for sipping. 50% abv

Black Dirt Rye

 

Our Black Dirt Rye Whiskey is complex, offering pronounced notes of caramel and rye spice, with a chocolate malt finish. It is a great sipping rye and exceptional when mixed in cocktails. 50% ABV

American Fruits Strawberry Liqueur

 

Bursting with strawberry flavor, our American Fruits Strawberry Liqueur is fruit-forward. Crafted by infusing fresh Hudson Valley berries into our own craft-distilled brandy, it has Intense strawberry aromas, followed by layers of juicy berry and soft vanilla undertones. Bright, playful, beautifully balanced with a smooth finish.  It is delicious on its own, in cocktails, or poured over desserts. ABV: 20%

Winston’s Harlequin Port

 

Winston’s Harlequin Port is a bold and richly layered ruby port crafted from the distinctive Baco Noir grape and fortified with our own handcrafted brandy. Deep fruit character intertwines with elegant notes of cocoa, dark cherry, and subtle tea tannins, creating a velvety texture and beautifully structured finish. Perfect for slow sipping, pairing with chocolate. ABV: 19.5%
