Chardonnay

 

Our Chardonnay has lush aromas of ripe peach and tropical melon, enriched by notes of creamy vanilla, butter, and toasted oak. It is smooth and beautifully balanced, elegant with a rich, lingering medium-dry finish. ABV: 13.5%

Pinot Gris

 

Harvested from Pinto Gris grapes, this varietal is bright and expressive.  An aromatic white that opens with notes of wildflowers, honey, and citrus. A welcoming, crisp acidity and a silky texture lead to a refreshing ensemble of peach, tart apples, and pears. ABV: 12.5%

Gewürztraminer

 

Gewürztraminer is a vibrant white wine with flavors of exotic lychee, citrus zest, and delicate white florals. Lively acidity and fragrant spice create a beautifully refreshing and aromatic experience. This German-inspired wine is pronounced guh-VERTZ-trah-mee-ner ABV:12.5%

Riesling

A graceful German-style Riesling with luminous notes of pear, fresh citrus accented by a subtle peach nuance. Bright acidity balances its gentle sweetness, resulting in a clean, refreshing finish. ABV: 11.5%

Harvest Moon

 

Our most popular white, Harvest Moon is crafted from Cayuga and Vidal grapes. A semi-sweet white evokes a tapestry of peach and apricot, finishing crisply with zests of tangerine and grapefruit. Smooth and easy-drinking, with a refreshing finish. ABV: 11.5%

Pinot Noir

 

Silky and refined with a beautiful classic garnet hue, this light-bodied Pinot Noir reveals delicate cherry notes layered with subtle spice and soft oak. Elegant tannins carry through to a warm, lingering finish.
ABV: 12.5%

Cabernet Franc

 

Cabernet Franc is fermented in stainless steel and aged for six months in French oak barrels. It is medium-bodied and beautifully structured with light tannins, with hints of blackberries, tea, and cocoa, and a smoky, spicy finish.  ABV: 12.8%

Black Dirt Red

 

Our most popular red wine, Black Dirt Red is fermented in stainless steel and barrel-aged for 6 months in French Oak. It is a medium-bodied, fruity wine with subtle aromas of blackberries, tea, and cocoa. The light tannins finish with just a hint of smoke and spice. ABV:12.8%

Dry Rosé

 

Bright and crisp our Dry Rosé greets you on the nose with soft berry notes. Nice balanced acidity and a clean finish. This pinot noir (80%), merlot (15%), syrah (5%) blend is a nod to the dry rosé of Provence. 11.5% abv

Black Dirt Blush

 

Black Dirt Blush is crafted from Vincent & Delaware grapes. It is a beautiful ruby-blush color with wonderful aromas of peach, apricot, and strawberry jam. ABV:11.6%
