Warwick Valley Distillery Demonstrations
Due to popular demand, we are opening our distillery doors to the public again in 2012.
Introductory Distillery Demonstration & Lunch with Master Distiller, Jason Grizzanti. Join us for our fourth distillery demonstration series and tasting with award winning Master Distiller Jason Grizzanti; with a gourmet lunch to follow. This year we will be adding an intermediate distiller's course to follow the introductory distillery demonstration. You must complete the Introductory demonstration course to take the Intermediate level course. Available every Saturday in the month of February (4th, 11th, 18th, & 25th) the course is limited to 15 people. The Course begins 11am and will end approximately 1:30 pm. $50.00 Includes lunch, distillery course, and tasting.
Intermediate Whiskey Distiller's Course. Take your distilling knowledge to the next level and learn how small batch whiskey is made. This is a hands-on course and will feature a guided whiskey tasting. It is designed as a follow up to the distillery demonstration. $60.00 Includes lunch, distillery course, and whiskey tasting. Intermediate whiskey course will be offered every Saturday in the month of March (March 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th) and is limited to 15 people. It will begin in the distillery at 11am and end around 2:30pm.

Our bakery offers fresh breads, pastries and specialty items, all prepared by our Culinary Institute of America trained chefs.
Every autumn, our guests are invited to enjoy our lavish orchards and Pick-Your-Own apples and Pears. Pear picking begins in August. Apples begin to ripen shortly thereafter in early September. With thirty varieties we have an apple for every palate.

Pané, our Bakery & Café, is open Friday through Sunday from 12-4pm for lunch featuring performances outside on the patio, weather permitting, or inside on Doc's Cider House stage.
