Apple & Pear picking at Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery

Apple Picking: The 2018 apple picking season is over. Apple picking will resume on Saturday, August 31, 2019.

We invite you to the Doc’s Orchard to enjoy Doc’s Cider, a glass of wine, a sangria, or cocktail and take in some of the most beautiful views the Hudson Valley has to offer. We grow over 60 different types of apple trees, and we are always exploring new varieties to put in the ground. In the Doc’s Orchard, you'll find inspiring and unique varieties of every shade, texture, and flavor.

How it Works:

  1. Purchase an apple bag from the outside bar or inside the tasting room. ½ bushel bag is $30 and holds approximately 20-25lbs of apples. Included in the bag price is a complimentary tractor ride for up to 4 people per bag. Additional tractor rides may be purchased separately for $3 per person per ride. Note: Tractor rides are only available on Saturday & Sunday.
  2. Walk or take a tractor ride to the orchard.
  3. Only apple pickers are permitted in the orchard.
  4. Pick apples & Have fun!
  5. Please respect our farm - no climbing on trees, no throwing apples & no stealing. We do not permit coolers, outside food, or outside beverages within the orchard.

Orchard Hours:
Monday – Sunday: 11am to 5pm
